Posture
Bad posture not only looks bad, it feels bad! Many of your chronic aches & pains are due to your posture, not your age. Let's begin with a posture assessment.

Laura has a psychology degree from Stony Brook University and a master's degree in exercise physiology from Queens College. She maintains credentials as an Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Egoscue Posture Alignment Specialist. Her career has taken her from athletic sidelines to industrial ergonomics to posture therapy and Age Strong coaching. The four pillars of good health and an ILOC (internal locus of control) are the foundations of her work.
